Exchange and Refunds Policy
Delivery Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and shipping destination but generally range from 5-15 business days.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Kingdom Design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Kingdom Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Return Process:
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, in compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition, with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at crossconnect@thekingdomdesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at crossconnect@thekingdomdesign.com.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
